I am receiving a pasing error when I try to fax and when I turn my printer/fax off. The printer works fine-no errors. I have plenty of disk space. Nothing has changed recently. I can scan and print with no problem. I think some file is fighting with Windows to use that .xml file, but I don't know how to fix/repair it. Please help!!6 people need an answerI do too

dear Palcouk i have tried your post numerous times and still have the same isssue with the parsing error. i and using win 7. I have used hp drivers for win 7 for the hp officejet 6310 with no luck. C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bispqscloc\1033.xml. do you have any other suggestions?
